Jade Cargill Says There Is No Other Place She Would Rather Be Than AEW

Jade Cargill does not want to go to any other companies anytime soon.

Cargill has not been seen since AEW Double Or Nothing 2023, when she was defeated by Kris Statlander in her first ever loss in professional wrestling. She would also lose the TBS Championship in the process, and decided it was a good time to reset and recharge. Cargill attended the August 9th edition of AEW Dynamite.

Last month the Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Jade Cargill has been discussed as coming back soon backstage in AEW.

In a new interview with Women’s Wrestling Talk, Cargill was asked if she is still in contact with Tony Khan. Cargill noted she was and also noted there is no other company she would rather be in.

“I am, always. He’s a phenomenal boss. I can literally hit him up now and he’d probably hit me back up in three minutes. This is a man who has four companies, a professional soccer team, Jacksonville Jaguars, he’s busy, [but] he literally comes to every show. He’s so passionate, he loves our company. There’s no other place I’d want to be. He doesn’t look at me as a number, he looks at me like a human being. He knows my journey and understands my purpose in the wrestling community and what I want to achieve and I don’t think you can beat that. You can’t beat this in a very interesting sport.”

We will have to wait and see when Jade Cargill will be back in the ring for AEW and if she can expand her incredible win/loss record in the promotion.
