Bayley Believes To Have A Women’s Midcard Championship In WWE, Someone Needs To Step Up

Bayley is open to the idea of a women’s midcard title in WWE.

Outside of winning the Royal Rumble match, Bayley has achieved everything available to a women’s talent in WWE.

In a new interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Bayley discussed the possibility of WWE debuting a midcard equivalent to the Intercontinental Championship for the women’s division.

“I mean, it wouldn’t hurt. It would be nice to have another title but I think it’s just gonna take time. You know, when we wanted those women’s tag team titles, it took a long time and it took someone actually fighting for them. So if that’s what we want, someone has to stand up for it and really fight for it and prove that it’s going to be a benefit to the division,”

Ironically enough, in WWE 2K22 there is a storyline where Bayley holds a women’s version of the championship. Time will tell if that will become a reality and who, if anyone, will step up to make that title mean something.
