Johnny Gargano was a former NXT Champion, NXT Tag Team Champion, WWE Tag Team Champion, & NXT North American Champion. Gargano also hasn’t wrestled in 4 months due to his gimmick being him laying on a surface depressed.
According to Fightful Select, Johnny Gargano is planned to be featured on WWE Programming more often now since the depressed gimmick is over.
Gargano recently got up out of his depressed state after CM Punk offered him a WWE Championship Match on SmackDown last Friday.
