Royce Issacs & Jorel Neslon Attack NJPW STRONG Tag Team Champions ELP & Hikuleo And Challenge Them For Titles
On October 28th, New Japan Pro-Wrestling held it’s STRONG Fighting Spirit Unleashed event in Las Vegas at Sam’s Town Live.
The NJPW STRONG Tag Team Champions El Phantasmo & Hikuleo were able to turn back the challenge of Lance Archer & Alex Zayne to retain their titles.
Their victory celebration was short lived as Royce Isaacs and Jorel Nelson aka West Coast Wrecking Crew came to the ring and attacked the champions, taking them both out.
Jorel Nelson took the microphone and reminded the crowd that not only did the West Coast Wrecking Crew build the NJPW STRONG Tag Division but they are the best tag team in the promotion.
Royce Isaacs gave a passionate speech indicating that he is “sick and damn tired” of seeing random and fly by night tag teams thrown together and getting opportunities the West Coast Wrecking Crew deserve. Isaacs said that ELP and Hikuleo are a thrown together team and on November 10th at Lonestar Shootout in Garland, Texas, he and Nelson will be the next NJPW STRONG Tag Team Champions.
Prior to them attacking ELP & Hikuleo, Royce Isaacs and Jorel Nelson teamed with Danny Limelight as they defeated Titus Alexander, Balliyan Akki & Jakob Austin Young.
