GHC Heavyweight Champion Jake Lee Named Kitami Tourism Ambassador

The GHC Heavyweight Champion Jake Lee has been commissioned as a Kitami Tourism Ambassador by his hometown of Kitami City, Hokkaido. A ceremony for Jake Lee’s appointment will be held in Kitami on Friday, October 13th.

On October 13th, Jake Lee will be officially made the Tourism Ambassador of his hometown, Kitami (Hokkaido). Jake was chosen because not only is he the GHC Heavyweight Champion, but also because of his excellent communication skills. His role will be to promote the city. pic.twitter.com/Mt3QgNOq5Q

The duties Kitami Tourism Ambassador are to promote tourism and improving the image of Kitami City. Jake Lee was chosen as he has won over many fans after winning the Pro Wrestling NOAH GHC Heavyweight Championship and it is hoped that he will promote Kitami City during nationwide tours and media appearances.

Jake Lee is scheduled to defend the GHC Heavyweight Championship against Kenoh on October 28th at DEMOLITION STAGE 2023 in FUKUOKA.
