It was previously reported by PWInsider.com that Sasha Banks is expected to be at Wrestle Kingdom 17.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that even an NJPW insider hasn’t heard anything about Banks appearing at Wrestle Kingdom 17.
I mean, there’s nobody there that knew anything about it, which is not to say — he’s probably right. I mean, including some big insiders. The only thing I did get when asking around is that the winner of the Tokyo Dome, I believe their next title defense will be in San Jose.

Regardless, we will have to wait and see whether Banks will indeed make her way to NJPW or not.
