Over the course of the last six months, Taya Valkyrie has been competing in promotions such as the NWA, MLW, IMPACT Wrestling, and Lucha Libre AAA.
While speaking with Wrestling Inc., Taya Valkyrie stated that she has had talks with AEW but isn’t sure about signing with them.
“I just think that everything has to have its right time, you know? I don’t think that I want to be thrown into something that’s just going to be thrown away, or that I want to be in a position that doesn’t make everybody happy … I want everyone to benefit from whatever we do.”

Taya was released from WWE in November of 2021. Time will tell if she will decide to sign with AEW or if she would prefer to remain a travelling star.
