Three Fights To Look Out For: UFC 276

It’s time for UFC 276!

This Saturday, UFC 276 is headlined by a Middleweight Championship bout between Israel Adesanya & Jared Cannonier. This card is STACKED. From the first fight to the main event, this card is incredible. So, naturally it was hard to pick just three fights, but I did. Here’s three fights to look out for.

Jim Miller vs Donald Cerrone

Cowboy Cerrone can finally step into the cage. He’s had some bad luck recently with two cancellations against Joe Lauzon, but now, he can fight. Maybe this was meant to be, though, because this isn’t just a fight with no implications, no. Three men are tied for the most wins in UFC history. Andre Arlovski, Donald Cerrone & Jim Miller all have 23 victories in the UFC, the most out of anyone. Now, two of the three will battle at UFC 276 to find out who will hold the record for the most wins in UFC history. Jim Miller has been on a two fight win streak, both by knockout with the most recent being in February of 2022. Cerrone on the other hand, is on a six fight no win streak. Cowboy has not got a victory in the UFC since 2019. Now, he has the chance to break his losing streak and get a record for most wins in the same fight. Keep your eyes locked on this one!

Brad Riddell vs. Jalin Turner

This is the headliner for the prelims, but it’s on this list so you make sure you do not miss this! Brad Riddell is coming off a knockout loss from December of last year which was his first loss in the UFC. He’s going to be looking for revenge and to get back on track, but he has no easy task ahead of him. Jalin Turner is coming into this fight on a four fight win streak, all fishes, two knockouts and two submissions, so you know he wants to extend that streak to five. Both of these men are going to be looking to make a statement at UFC 276, and with such a stacked card, they’ll be looking to show out. Don’t miss the prelims headliner which you can see on ESPN+ and live on ABC!

Ian Garry vs Gabriel Green

What a fight we have here. Ian Gary is undefeated inside of the cage at 9-0. With only two fights inside of the UFC, he has a knockout and a decision win on his resumè. But, trying to extend his undefeated streak won’t be easy when he battles Gabriel Green who’s on a two fight win streak, with the most recent coming from April of this year where he won by knockout. There’s no doubt in my mind that Gabriel wants to let Ian come in and run through him, so he’s going to come out with everything he has. This is going to be a war and one you need to look out for!

UFC 276 is Saturday night on PPV, ESPN+ and prelims on ABC & ESPN. It was so hard just picking three with such a stacked card, but outside of the huge main card, these are three fights to look out for!
