Bad Bunny Speaks About His Experience With The WWE

At WrestleMania 37, Bad Bunny stepped into the ring for the first time in front of the WWE Universe and not only held his own, but impressed fans. By the end of his performance, many WWE fans were saying it was one of the best performances they’ve seen by a non-regular perfromer.

Bad Bunny spoke to the WWE after WrestleMania to discuss his experience, and something he managed to do was put over the man he spent the bulk of his time working with in the WWE, Damian Priest.

“It was a pleasure. He knows this. It’s been incredible working with him these past few months and learning from his process on how he works. I told him backstage, it was a pleasure and an honor to share this special moment together especially being Latino and from Puerto Rico. It was a pleasure and I’ll remember this forever. A moment I’ll cherish forever.”

More importantly, he also talked about his overall experience, saying everyone treated him well.

“Incredible. Everyone, the whole roster showed so much respect. They quickly accepted me. They saw that I respected them equally. The coaches. Everyone, the bosses. It was truly a pleasure to work here. I was able to express myself and give my ideas and collaborate with Damian. Overall it was a great experience and WWE treated me really well.”

WWE got some great publicity from Bad Bunny, not just from having his name around, but Bunny wearing his then recently acquired 24/7 Title on an episode of SNL. They’ve been returning the favor, having run commercials for his next tour. It’s unknown if Bunny will be back in the WWE, but there’s always a possibility and he may be willing to put his undefeated streak on the line for another chance to step in the ring.
