Former NXT Star Backstage At Impact Wrestling Tapings

Impact Wrestling has seen a lot of faces leave the company in the last year. The women’s division got hit especially hard when it lost Taya Valkyrie, Tessa Blanchard, and Kylie Rae. However, it seems like Impact is starting to rebuild a division as a former NXT star was seen backstage at recent tapings.

Fightful has reported Rachael Ellering was at the recent Impact tapings. While their report didn’t confirm if Ellering worked the taping or signed to a deal, her addition could be big for a women’s division that’s taken a big hit in losing three top stars.

IMPACT Wrestling’s women’s division seems like it’s getting stronger and stronger. We’d reported recently that Taylor Wilde was on her way back to the company after being stuck outside the States, but she’s far from it. We’re told that WWE NXT veteran Rachael Ellering was also at the most recent set of IMPACT Tapings. She’d worked a couple of dates for AEW back in July, but wasn’t signed. She wrestled for NXT heavily for a four month period in 2019 before an injury sidelined her. She also has experience with a huge portion of the roster, having worked with Tenille, Kimber Lee, Deonna Purrazzo, Kiera Hogan, Su Yung, Jessicka Havok, Neveah, and Jordynne Grace in the past.

Ellering was part of the cuts that came during COVID-19 by the WWE, and now looks to possibly be ready to get right back into the swing of things possibly with Impact Wrestling.
