The teams continue to be announced for this year’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, and after the first 10 teams were announced earlier in the week, a new team has been announced.
Leon Ruff took to Instagram to reveal he is being entered in this year’s 16-team tournament, finding a partner in KUSHIDA. The duo seem to be bonded in recent weeks over issues with The Way, namely Johnny Gargano and Austin Theory. It should be interesting to see if those two teams meet in the tournament at some point. Ruff is clearly excited to be teaming with KUSHIDA, even suggesting a name for the duo.
The duo has yet to have their first round match revealed, though William Regal announced recently select matches will also take place on 205 Live.
