MLW Announce Middleweight Championship Match for Restart

MLW recently announced that for their #Restart on November the 18th there will be a huge Main Event with the MLW Heavyweight Championship, Davey Boy Smith Jr will be challenging the champion Jacob Fatu. Now MLW have announced yet another huge match for their November 18th Restart, releasing the news on Twitter earlier today that Brian Pillman Jr will be challenge the Middleweight Champion Myron Reed for the belt.

Pillman Jr had been engaged in a feud with Myron Reed and his injustice stable mate Jordan Oliver prior to the pandemic, including Pillman having his Jaw broke thanks to Injustice. Now he will have a chance to get revenge and with the gold on the line, Pillman first revealed he had signed a contract to face Myron Reed on the October 22nd edition of Pulp Fusion.

Myron Reed won the middleweight championship on November 19th 2019 from Teddy Hart with a little help from the Injustice members and members of Contra Unit. Since winning the title Reed has successfully defended the title on many occasions including bouts against Japan’s El Lindaman and Mexico’s Drago.

Myron Reed had this to say on the match;

“Pillman is more see through than a glass door, at the restart I’m gonna leave him on the floor,”
