GPW Legends Mania and Guerre Civile VI

GATINEAU, QC –Gatineau Pro Wrestling (GPW) is thrilled to announce a historic day of professional wrestling action on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Centre Slush Puppie. In a blockbuster double-header, fans will experience one of Canada’s premier wrestling conventions, GPW Legends Mania, followed by the high-stakes evening spectacular live wrestling event, Guerre Civile VI (Civil War VI).
Afternoon: GPW Legends Mania (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Starting at 1:00 PM, the Centre Slush Puppie will transform into a wrestling fan’s paradise. As the largest wrestling convention in Canada, Legends Mania 2026 offers fans a rare opportunity to meet their childhood heroes and modern-day icons.
The event features over 20 confirmed legends, including:
Wrestling Icons: Rick Martel, Tito Santana, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, and Koko B. Ware.
Tag Team Royalty: The legendary Fabulous Rougeau Brothers – Jacques & Raymond Rougeau and The Headbangers – Mosh & Thrasher.
Iconic Divas: Jacqueline, Kelly Kelly
Fan Favorites: Chynasyndrome Sarah Page, Rhyno, former WWE announcer Sean Mooney and former WWE Referee Jimmy Korderas.
Legacy Names: Gino Brito (aka Louis Cerdan) Harry Smith (aka DH Smith, Davey Boy Smith Jr), Diana Smith and Georgia Smith.
Fans can participate in autograph sessions, professional photo ops, and browse an awesome selection of rare wrestling memorabilia. Strategy First, a Montreal-based video game publisher, is offering a free game download for every ticket purchased for GPW Legends Mania and/or the Civil War VI wrestling gala (up to the first 5000 tickets).
Evening: Guerre Civile VI (Doors at 6:00 PM / Bell Time 6:30 PM)
As the sun sets, the intensity rises for GPW’s flagship live event, Guerre Civile VI (Civil War VI). Known for its electric atmosphere and high-production value, the “Civil War” series has become a staple of the Quebec wrestling scene. This year’s installment promises to settle long-standing feuds and showcase the incredible talent that has made GPW a leader in independent wrestling. It also features a Royal Rumble, which will include wrestling legend Jacques Rougeau, stepping out of his retirement for one night.
“We are building on the massive success of last year, where we saw over 3,000 fans join us at the Centre Slush Puppie,” says GPW Co-owner Martin Villeneuve, also known as Crow Katana. “With Legends Mania in the afternoon and Guerre Civile VI in the evening, we are providing a full day of family-friendly entertainment that celebrates both the history and the future of professional wrestling. We expect to share this day with over 4,000 fans this year.”

Since 2018, GPW has raised over $55,000 for food banks, amateur sports, and local shelters, proving that the wrestling community is as generous as it is passionate.
