Kali Armstrong has finally made her official debut on WWE NXT. The former Evolve Women’s Champion had a standout run on Evolve, and has been touted as a huge star in the making for the WWE. Now, she makes her official NXT debut and it’s against Skylar Raye, from WWE LFG.
Kali Armstrong had most of the offense here, but Skylar Raye did get a little bit of her own attacks in, before ultimately being shut down by the powerhouse in Armstrong.
In the end, Armstrong hit her Kali Connection running shoulder tackle for the victory. She stands tall and looks impressive in her WWE NXT debut. Fans are looking forward to see what this NXT run brings.
WWE NXT kicks off week one of NXT Revenge tonight. This two week special event has some heated rivalries, and there may be none hotter than the opening contest tonight on The CW.
Jaida Parker versus Kelani Jordan opened up tonight’s show and these two women are seething with hatred to each other. Over the last couple of week, these two cannot keep their hands off of each other, including in New York two weeks ago when Jaida defeated Kelani, but then Jordan attacked Parker backstage. Now, it’s time for these two ladies to finally put an end to it.
The match was all action from the start, which isn’t shocking in this one. The hard-hitting action continued back-and-forth all match. That was until Kelani Jordan’s targeting really took a toll on Jaida Parker’s leg.
Then, Jaida Parker’s leg was rammed into the exposed turnbuckle, which allowed Kelani Jordan to capitalize and hit her signature Moonsault for the victory.
Hybrid Wrestling in conjunction with Pro Wrestling UnPlugged, are coming to The Collective this week and will help kick off a hot couple days of independent wrestling shows. On Wednesday, April 15, “Midnight Xpress” goes down from the Horseshoe Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada with some wild matches on the card.
Jack Evans is back in action as he challenges Pat Dynamite for the PWU World Championship. Plus, Mercedes Martinez battles Priscilla Kelly, Matt Tremont takes on the legendary Gangrel and so much more. You can see the full card below.

Alycia Baumgardner is one of the brightest female stars in the sport of boxing. But, could she be making the jump to WWE? It seems more likely than ever.
Alycia Baumgardner spoke with Ariel Helwani today on the Ariel Helwani Show, where he noted that she would make a good WWE superstar. It was there, when she revealed that it’s already in the works and conversations are being had.
”I could definitely be a WWE-, I’m a diva, for real! [..] Yes, yeah, funny story, me, my sister and our friend growing up, we were big WWE fans. We literally thought we were divas and we lit fireworks in the room to have our own walkout. That’s how serious it was! Listen, mom came in the room “what’s that smell?” We had sparklers and it was so funny. I was like yeah, this is real deal. We’re divas.”
She noted that her favorites were Trish Stratus and John Cena, and that her father even surprised her with tickets as a kid. That’s when she revealed the conversations with the company.
“Oh, listen, it’s in the works. Yeah. Conversations are being had. Yes, as we speak. […] Yeah, you know, again, I don’t turn no deal down if it makes sense. And when we talk about building a brand, we talk about bigger and better, I’m not just a fighter. I’m not just a boxer. This is what, I think that’s why they mad because they got to box. I don’t have to box. I love to box, I choose to box. And, yeah, we’re building something big. We’re building a brand that is made to last. Like I said, baby, that’s on solid rock.”
She mentioned they’ve both reached out to each other, and while she hasn’t physically tested the waters yet, she’s friends with Jade Cargill, and recently invited her to her fight. But, Jade couldn’t make it due to WrestleMania. Yet, both still support each other.
WrestleMania is live on April 18 and 19. Alycia Baumgardner (17-1, 7 KOs) is scheduled to defend her WBA, WBO, and IBF titles against Bo Mi Re Shin on April 17 at the Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden.

John Cena also took to social media to speak about his involvement in Club WWE, saying he’s working to make Club WWE an experience like no other.
The UFC is BACK in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with UFC 330. It’s been seven years since UFC has been in the city of Philadelphia, ever since UFC Fight Night: Gaethje vs. Barboza in March of 2019. But, now, they’re finally going back to the city of brotherly love.
UFC President Dana White and Pennsylvania governor Josh Shapiro went live together on the Pat McAfee show today to announce UFC 330 will be coming to the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
Dana White worked with Josh Shapiro and the state of Pennsylvania to get this done, noting that this is just one of the big things coming to the state, alongside the NFL Draft next week, the World Cup, PGA Championship and now a UFC numbered event.
When asked if there’s more in the future for UFC and Pennsylvania, Shapiro said “For Sure.”
“So, look, obviously we’re celebrating USA 250 and this is the place where it all began. Right here in Pennsylvania, so, we wanted to line up everything. You heard Dana talk about it, we’ve got the NFL Draft next week, MLB All-Star Game, PGA Championship at Aronimink, World Cup, we just had March Madness and so, I was hellbent on getting UFC to be apart of that package of massive events here in Pennsylvania. It probably started a year and a half or so ago, our conversations with UFC. I made very clear we were serious, we wanted UFC here, we know it’s a huge economic driver. Tens and millions of dollars for our local economy, but it’s also just a great opportunity for people who love this growing sport to be able to come together. So, we worked hard, we negotiated, we protected the tax payers and we also […] them an opportunity and UFC was great to work with in this.”
Obviously no card has been announced for this event. But, Philly natives Joe Pyfer just picked up a win over Israel Adesanya at UFC Seattle, and Sean Brady, another Philadelphia native, has a fight on May 9 against Joaquin Buckley. Both men are probably clamoring to be on this Philly return card.
UFC 330 live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania will be viewable on Paramount+ on August 15.

Rhea Ripley is set for a huge WrestleMania match against Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship. But, they’re not the only women’s match on the card. We have four women’s championship matches on the card, and Rhea is looking forward to them.
Rhea Ripley recently spoke with Joe La Puma on an episode of Sneaker Shopping with Complex, where she was asked what she’s looking forward to besides her match at WrestleMania 42. Of course, she has her eyes on the women’s division.
“Oh, I’m looking forward to pretty muchall of them. Um, obviously I always keep my eyes on the women’s division. Becky and AJ, I want to watch that. That’s a big one. And I want to pay attention to Liv verse Stephanie. That’s also a big one. And the women’s world championship, it holds a place in my heart. So, I want to see what the outcome is of that match and see how that title is going to be treated. My poor baby.”
As it stands, Jade Cargill vs. Rhea Ripley is the only women’s match scheduled for Sunday, night two of WrestleMania. So, Rhea will be in the clear to kick back and enjoy the other three women’s matches on Saturday, April 18. The Women’s Tag Team Championships, Women’s Intercontinental Championship and Women’s World Championship will be defended Saturday at WrestleMania 42.
Rhea Ripley is set to challenge Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42. Rhea Ripley has had her eyes on the prize since winning the Elimination Chamber back in February. By winning that match, Ripley earned a shot against Cargill at the grandest stage of them all.
Since Jade Cargill joined WWE, fans have been salivating about the prospect of Rhea Ripley vs. Jade Cargill, due to both of their power-house natures. Now, we finally get to see the match. Recently, Rhea Ripley spoke with Joe La Puma during a Sneaker Shopping with Complex interview. During the talk, Rhea was asked about Wrestlemania and revealed that she wants to give Jade a good match.
”This is such a big match that people have wanted since she came to the WWE and we’ve finally come to it, at WrestleMania 42. With her, I want to go out there and I want to give her a good match. Whether she wins or loses, because let’s be honest, I’m going to take her championship at WrestleMania 42. It’s going to happen, it’s Rhea Bloody Ripley’s show. Like, I’m going to take that championship. But, I want her to be proud no matter what the outcome is.”
Rhea Ripley has held 6 singles world championships in WWE and a win at WrestleMania 42 would be her 7th major win. But, Jade Cargill is looking to reclaim her gold in what is arguably her highest career match to date. Their match will take place on WrestleMania night two, Sunday, April 19.
