AJPW To Hold Tryouts To Recruit Potential Future Stars

All Japan Pro-Wrestling is looking for its next group of young stars to lead the promotion into the future.

It was announced today that AJPW will be holding an introductory test in an effort to find new recruits on December 21st. The period to apply to participate in the initial tryout began today and will run until November 30th.

The introductory test will include an interview and a various physical fitness tests. The physical fitness test will consist of squats, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, back muscles, bridges, dashes, repetitive side jumps, sparring & mat exercises. Those picked will sign an AJPW Trainee contract.

AJPW Super Rookie Yuma Anzai commented on the upcoming introductory test:

As long as you love professional wrestling and have the desire to become a professional wrestler, height and age don’t matter! Let’s take a step towards your dream! We are looking forward to receiving many applications
