Roxanne Perez Says It Was “So Cool” To Relive History With Her Grocery Store Brawl With Blair Davenport

For those unaware, Perez and Blair Davenport and have been feuding for quite some time now and are scheduled to face off on Sunday’s The Great American Bash show in a Weapons Wild match.

However, on a recent NXT, a segment aired where Roxanne Perez would hunt Blair Davenport down at a grocery store, leading to a hilarious brawl that echoed a brawl between Booker T and Stone Cold Steve Austin in the early 2000s.

In a new interview with Busted Open Radio, Perez was asked if she had got the chance to talk with Booker T since the segment aired, noting that she had not but loved being able to relive history with the brawl.

“I haven’t been able to see him after it aired. When I see him, I’m going to ask him what he thought. It’s so cool to be able to kind of re-live history in a way and to be able to do something that my trainer did in his career. That was amazing. Booker T and Stone Cold, that grocery store fight was one of my favorites to go back on YouTube and watch as a kid because I thought it was hilarious. To be able to do that was pretty cool.”

We will have to wait and see which of the two women can put their rivalry to bed on Sunday’s show.
