There are updates on two top stars
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Punk will undergo surgery for the injury. It is unknown how long he will be sidelined. Punk was icing his tricep area during the media scrum.
Christian is also set to miss time from the ring as he too has suffered a similar injury to CM Punk. Jungle Boy revealed Christian’s need for surgery on this week’s AEW Dynamite.
Time will tell when we will see Christian and Punk back in AEW, but for now they will both look to rehab their injuries and return when they heal.
