Brock Lesnar “Pretty Much Did Whatever He Wanted” Under Vince McMahon

Brock Lesnar had no restriction on what he did in WWE under Vince McMahon has head of creative.

Lesnar and Vince’s relationship is well documented with Lesnar always being a dependable hand for McMahon while he ran the WWE. The relationship runs so deep that when Brock heard Vince had retired – he stormed out of last Friday’s SmackDown.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Lesnar walked away the moment McMahon’s retirement began circulating backstage.

Under McMahon, Lesnar pretty much did whatever he wanted since he and Roman Reigns fit Vince’s parameters of what the top guys should be and look and be like and there was nobody else like him. This was made even stronger by the knowledge Lesnar could leave any time, and McMahon greatly respected his UFC success making him a bigger mainstream sports name.

Time will tell how Lesnar will be handled now that Vince has retired from the company. With Triple H in control of creative, there is no telling what is next for Brock.
