It looks like talent has moved on from the Sasha Banks’ saga.
A couple of months ago, Sasha Banks and Naomi walked out of a Monday Night RAW taping that set shockwaves through the industry. A lot has happened since this occurred, for many fans it has been buried under the plethora of news that has broken in the last few weeks from both the WWE and AEW.
Now, it looks like talent feels a similar way to fans. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the backstage opinion of the whole Banks situation has changed. This is because WWE talent no longer care about the whole ordeal.
There have been reports of Banks being released over the past week plus. WWE has not confirmed the release and she is still listed on the website. Talent doesn’t know and those I’ve asked said it’s long past something anyone talks or cares about because every day there is something new

Banks has reportedly been released from the WWE, with the thought being that WWE are looking to ‘smooth things over’ with Banks following the controversial few weeks involving Vince McMahon. Time will tell if Banks has actually been released, or if she will return to the company at some point.
