Mike Bailey’s 5-Year United States Ban Ending This Month

Independent wrestling took a hit a few years ago when Speedball Mike Bailey wound up being temporarily banned from the United States. Bailey had no work visa when he arrived in the United States for a series of EVOLVE shows, causing a five year ban from entering the United States.

Bailey had been attempting to get a visa through CZW but it had not gone through by the time ofr his detainment. He wound up appealing the process, but nothing seemed to come of it. Since then, Bailey has carved out a niche in Japan, the UK, and his home of Canada.

His ban ends in March of this year, and given the talent of the popular independent wrestling talent, the 30-year old will no doubt have people lining up for his services as the world begins to come back from the COVID-19 pandemic. Bailey is a former 2015 CZW Best of the Best winner, and has even competed in the well known PWG Battle of Los Angeles tournament.
