AEW Planning Big Push For Top Young Star

AEW’s last PPV, Double or Nothing featured seventeen plus minute match-up between two of their brightest young stars, MJF and Jungle Boy Jack Perry.

It is already seen that AEW has a push in store for MJF as he is now featured in their world title program with current champion Jon Moxley, but it also looks like the company has big plans for Jungle Boy as well.

On the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about Jungle Boy Jack Perry and he said that AEW has big things in store for him. He went on to note that AEW wants to wait until they are able to have fans back at a larger capacity to their television events before the push could really take off.

It was said that the plan is for AEW to give Jungle Boy a major victory in front of live fans and that the organic reaction from their fan base is certainly something that the company has been missing out on.

A small number of fans were allowed into last night’s live AEW Dynamite from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida but the company has yet to open its doors to the public.

We will keep you updated if we hear anything else about AEW’s plans for Jungle Boy Jack Perry or allowing fans to attend their live events.
