Another weekend gone and another Monday night is upon us folks! We’re getting ready for another episode of Raw from the performance center in Orlando, Florida, and as always, Bodyslam.net and I have you covered on what’s expected, live coverage, and breaking updates!
After a week of surprises on both the Red and Blue brands, here’s what we’re expecting tonight…
Shane McMahon & Raw Underground
Last week brought us the return of the true prodigal son of WWE, and Shane O’Mac’s return didn’t disappoint as the WWE Universe was introduced to his newest creation, RAW Underground. Will Shane’s personal fight club continue to draw attention from more of the Raw roster? Have the Hurt Business found their new office and is there a new partnership in the works as Shane O’Mac seemed oddly comfortable with MVP & Co.’s hostile takeover of his newest creation?
Qualifying Match for Raw Women’s Title
In a surprise announcement that excited fans and shocked the WWE’s resident “Karen”, 2BeltzBanks volunteered her bestie’s services to the Red Brand. Tonight, it will the Smackdown Women’s Champion, Bayley Dos Straps, taking on The Empress of Tomorrow in a singles match where an Asuka victory would secure a title opportunity and a chance at revenge on Sasha Banks at Summerslam. Can Asuka keep herself in check as she squares up against the woman responsible for decimating Kairi Sane or do The Golden Role Models have a little more magic up their sleeves?
KO Meets RKO?
Last week, it was the Nature Boy’s slick tongue and ability to stir the pot that set up one of tonight’s feature bouts as Kevin Owens goes one on one with The Legend Killer, Randy Orton. Can KO keep The Viper at bay or will Orton continue his reign of dominance on Raw using Owens as his next stepping stone? Will Flair be a factor tonight or may he venture into Claymore Country as Drew McIntyre waits in the shadow for his moment of retribution?
More Hooded Shenanigans?
Speaking of Retribution, we left last week’s Smackdown confused and intrigued as the same group of hooded individuals(not Towzawa’s Ninja Fam) entered the ring area and destroyed anything that wasn’t nailed down. Will the end of Raw have a similar fate? Will we discover the identity of Retribution’s members? Do they honestly think that they could scare Samoa Joe away from the commentary desk?
