Usually WWE will send out an e-mail to members of the Fan Council after pay per views. Asking the council if they enjoyed the show, what they enjoyed about it and how they watched the pay per view.
After the survey is done, there is usually some poll results that show how everyone on the council thought of the show. The question that had results posted this time was “What moment in the show did you find most surprising”. Below are the results.
As you can see Luke Harper’s return was what most fans found surprising.
