Sports Illustrated is reporting that Vince McMahon has given Matt Hardy his full confidence in the WOKEN Matt Hardy character. The report says that Hardy has Vince’s full support, and that McMahon has given him some creative freedom with the “WOKEN” character.
SI writer Justin Barrasso stated, “A contact within WWE reached out to inform Sports Illustrated that Hardy will be allowed a creative license by McMahon, who sees opportunity and the opportunity to cash in on a character that is already established.”
