Flair was a guest on The Ariel Helwani show, and talked about Rodman’s Hall of Fame induction.

“Dennis Rodman called me and said, ‘Will you induct me into the Hall of Fame?’ I sent it to the power that be, ‘Dennis wants (me to induct him).’ I never got a call back. I’m very happy for Kevin and Sean. I never got a call back.”

Rodman has not commented. He would impersonate Hogan during his speech and pay tribute to the New World Order as an honorary member for life.

Alex Shelley: A King Of The Mountain Match In WWE Is A Good Idea

Alex Shelley believes this match would work perfectly in the WWE if they ran with the idea.

While speaking with Fox News Digital in a new interview, the team of Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin (The Motor City Machine Guns) were asked about the possibility of WWE potentially using a couple gimmick matches that TNA had used over the years.

“Myself, I would like to take my name of the hat for Ultimate X matches because I lost count of how many I’ve done – north of 20. So, I’ve done plenty of those. Had my fill of those matches.” – Sabin said.

  • Triple H: You Can Argue That We Wouldn’t Be Here Without Hulk Hogan

Triple H: You Can Argue That We Wouldn’t Be Here Without Hulk Hogan

Footage from the new “Real American” documentary on Netflix revealed how WWE handled their ten-bell salute.

Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea) had passed away on July 24, 2025 with the cause of death being revealed as an acute myocardial infarction. The wrestling world mourned and had mixed reactions about his legacy and controversial comments made throughout his career which was talked about in his last interview in his new documentary.

In the new footage that was released on Netflix, it shows behind the scenes with Triple H (Paul Levesque) speaking with producers and WWE talent hours before Friday Night SmackDown was set to go on air about the plans to pay tribute to Hulk Hogan after the news had broken that he had passed away the day prior.

“Unfortunate passing of Hulk Hogan, yesterday. Hard to say that there is a more influential figure, especially on the performing side. No one is perfect in life, and they have ups and downs, but we’re going to continue to remember Hulk Hogan as what he meant to this industry. His influence cannot be denied and cannot be overstated. You can make an argument that we probably wouldn’t be sitting here today. This business might have gone the way of roller derby or some other shit that didn’t quite make it to the end, but here we are. We’re going to start this show off tonight with a ten-bell salute with everybody on stage. I don’t think it needs to be said, but anybody that has an issue and does not want to be on stage, no problem, no issue, no anything.”

Recently, the WWE unveiled a bronze statue of Hogan at WWE World during WrestleMania 42 week in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • Rob Parker: I Don’t Understand How Grown Men Still Like Wrestling

Rob Parker: I Don’t Understand How Grown Men Still Like Wrestling

Fox Sports’ Rob Parker had a lot to discuss when it came to the discussion of professional wrestling fans.

After the massive weekend that was produced from plenty of pro wrestling companies, from the Indies to the WWE in Las Vegas, Nevada for Mania Week. It sparked a lot of athletes, celebrities, and even TV personalities diving into the conversation to give their thoughts on what they think about professional wrestling.

One Fox Sports TV host by the name of Rob Parker had this to say about grown men that are into pro wrestling on his show, The Odd Couple.

“I’m just shocked to see ESPN….I know McAfee was involved and Stephen A. It was a big ordeal. I saw stuff online where people were ripping it that it wasn’t good. A lot of commercials. Four hours and they only wrestled for an hour and a half.

“I can’t understand how grown men are still into wrestling. I can’t. We all went to the zoo. We all went to the circus as kids, right? At some point, you grow out of it. I just can’t get over how older guys who are sports fans, who watch the NFL, baseball, the NBA, and live and die for that stuff, but they have this soft spot for wrestling, and they’re walking around with the belts, and they’re going to a watch party at a sports bar. I need somebody to explain it to me, because I don’t understand it.”

Parker has worked for FOX Sports and ESPN, where he has appeared many times on shows like Colin Cowherd’s The Herd and on First Take, alongside Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith where he talked about controversial takes in sports.

  • Giovanni Vinci Speaks On WWE Release, Was And Wasn’t Surprised

Giovanni Vinci Speaks On WWE Release, Was And Wasn’t Surprised

Giovanni Vinci was released from WWE over a year ago. Since then, he’s been pretty quiet as it pertains to wrestling. He hasn’t shown up anywhere, and while he’s active on social media, it’s mostly fitness content.
    Now, the former WWE star sat down for an interview with Chris Van Vliet where he as asked about his WWE release and if the call came as a surprise. For him, it was a surprise, but it also was not. He explained;
“I was and I wasn’t because, I mean, during the summer of the year previous, I wasn’t on TV, but I knew there was a plan to come back eventually. We did those vignettes and everything, but that didn’t last long, unfortunately. So after that, I noticed when some thoughts started to creep in. I tried to focus on the positive, and I always had high hopes. Like, for example, when the new year started, I know SmackDown went from two hours to three hours, and I was told, you know, there’s a quote from one of the producers, we have all the real estate in the world, there’s just not enough land. Basically, you have all the great wrestlers, there’s just not enough time on the show. So when SmackDown went to three hours, I thought, well, maybe now it’s gonna happen, maybe here’s the chance, and whatever. Then, yeah, I wasn’t needed for TV for a couple of weeks. You don’t want to hear that call. But when it happened, I can’t say that I was really surprised at it. So it was kind of a weird mix of feelings.”
Later on in the interview, Vinci said he still wants to wrestle, but he’s waiting for the right opportunity. You can see the full interview below.
  • Kevin Nash Rips WWE Hall Of Fame Catering Situation

Kevin Nash Rips WWE Hall Of Fame Catering Situation

Kevin Nash has some thoughts on WWE’s catering, or lack-thereof at the WWE Hall Of Fame this past Friday.

On the most recent episode of Kliq This, WWE legend Kevin Nash spoke about the logistical hurdles of the Hall of Fame ceremony. Nash noted that while the production was “massive,” the hospitality for the legends was basically nonexistent.

Nash was there to induct the latest celebrity wing Hall Of Famer in Dennis Rodman, who went into the 2026 class. For many fans, they may not know that WWE has rehearsals for the event, which Kevin Nash noted he needed to show up at three o’clock until the end, which was last midnight. Worst part? There wasn’t much catering.

“Be there at three o’clock, leave at midnight,” Nash stated. “Absolutely not a fcking bit of food available. Some bags of chips, a couple of fcking bananas… I asked the head of f*cking talent relations—and I won’t say his name—I asked him, ‘Is there food?’ He said the matches’ cards are catered, but [not the Hall of Fame].”

Nash detailed a lot more about the Hall Of Fame and the day that occurred. You can watch the full episode below.
