The Giulia-WWE rumors continue to ramp up.

According to Fightful Select, WWE’s stance on STARDOM star, Giulia hasn’t changed. Per the report, WWE has remained heavily interested in the NJPW Strong Women’s Champion and think of the potential deal as a ‘priority acquisition.’

If Giulia were to sign on the dotted line with WWE, the rising star would reportedly be likely headed to the Performance Center, if not to NXT in order to ‘heavily’ work with producers and coaches to adjust to the move, as well as to work on her English, something Giulia is reportedly very interested in doing if she’d make the move to the states.

“It is widely expected by those within WWE that she would go to NXT and the Performance Center, unless she was prepared on things necessary for the main roster ahead of time. Wrestling Observer noted that she would likely take some time off after finishing up with Stardom to work on her English. WWE sources told us that is something they have resources to aid with as well, in the event that she did come directly over. There was also one WWE source that joked that ‘Giulia’s English is better than the comprehension we’ve seen out of many native speakers.'”
