Kenny Omega has been hospitalized and will be out of action indefinitely.
Kenny Omega is going to miss the upcoming AEW World’s End PPV, and there is no timetable for his return. Kenny Omega took to social media on Friday announcing that he is out of action indefinitely. No exact reason was given, but he did state that keep kept trying to push past the pain but it had become to much. He posted a picture of himself in a hospital bed hooked up to an IV. He added that it was lucky that doctors caught him when they did.
“I can’t really sugar coat this. I’m out indefinitely. I tried to keep pushing past the pain for as long as I could until it became too much. Luckily doctors caught me when they did. I’ll be here so in the mean time, please enjoy wrestling!”
Omega was supposed to wrestle alongside Chris Jericho, known collectively as The Golden Jets, for the AEW World Tag Team Titles against current champions Big Bill and Ricky Starks.
We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about the condition of Kenny Omega, or any news about how this will affect the AEW World’s End PPV card.
