The final stop of the New Japan Pro-Wrestling ROAD TO DESTRUCTION tour took place at the Yuma Messi Miyagi in Miyagi, Japan on October 7th. This was the last Road to Destruction show before the DESTRUCTION in RYOGOKU event on October 9th.
Some of the matches had to be changed as Alex Coughlin, Gabe Kidd, Hikuleo, Lio Rush, Kevin Knight and Jeff Cobb were all out of action due to illness.
There was a big 10 man elimination match up to headline the October 7th ROAD TO DESTRUCTION show as Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tomohiro Ishii, Ryusuke Taguchi & YOH defeated Tetsuya Naito, Shingo Takagi, Yota Tsuji, Hiromu Takahashi & BUSHI. YOH pinned the IWGP Jr Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi to win the match for this team. After the match, YOH challenged the winner of the October 9th IWGP Jr Heavyweight Title match between Takahashi, Lio Rush and Mike Bailey.

- 10 Man Elimination Match: Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tomohiro Ishii, Ryusuke Taguchi & YOH defeated Tetsuya Naito, Shingo Takagi, Yota Tsuji, Hiromu Takahashi & BUSHI (24:04) after YOH’s DIRECT DRIVE against Takahashi.
- EVIL, Yujiro Takahashi, SHO & Yoshibobu Kanemaru defeated SANADA, Taichi, DOUKI & TAKA Michinoku (12:18) after Kanemaru’s touch out against DOUKI.
- Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa, El Phantasmo, KUSHIDA & Jado defeated David Finlay, Chase Owens, Clark Connors, Drilla Moloney & Gedo (13:04) after Tonga’s Gun Stun against Gedo.
- 7 Match Series 6th: Minoru Suzuki, Ren Narita & El Desperado defeated Yuji Nagata, Shota Umino & Master Wato (10:47) after a Gotch-style piledriver by Suzuki against Nagata.
- Great-O-Khan, HENARE & Callum Newman defeated YOSHI-HASHI, Toru Yano & Oskar Leube
- Oleg Boltin defeated Yuto Nakashima (4:46) with a Kamikaze.
