Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Josh Barnett Offers To Keep Discipline In AEW Locker Room

The former UFC Heavyweight Champion turned pro wrestler has something to say regarding the AEW locker room.

Over the last few years there have been several instances of altercations backstage in AEW. From Eddie Kingston and Sammy Guevara to the infamous All Out Brawl, there has been a chaotic feel to the backstage environment in the company.

One man who wants to help AEW president Tony Khan kerb the backstage drama in the company is Josh Barnett, who runs BloodSport.

Taking to social media on Monday evening, Barnett offered to be the mediator in the AEW locker room.

Just a thought: Seems like the AEW locker room is in need of someone to establish some order and reign in the chaos. If Tony needs someone to keep discipline and sort out conflict, I’d be willing to take the job. I can promise you there won’t be random fights and anyone asking me if I’d like to, “Take it outside.”

After the post, Barnett commented further noting that he would not be someone looking to fight in such situations.

We will have to wait and see if Tony Khan takes Barnett up on his offer.

This comes just days after AEW fired CM Punk from the company with cause.
