The Young Bucks Address Cash Wheeler’s Recent Arrest

The Young Bucks preview their match with FTR

According to WrestleTix, AEW All In is currently at over 80,846 tickets distributed. This would be a new record for a wrestling event. The previous record was set at WWE WrestleMania 32 with 80,709 tickets accounted for at the turnstiles. AEW All In is set for August 27 at Wembley Stadium in London, England.

The show is the most anticipated in the history of the promotion and will feature several of the top names in the promotion. However, not everyone will make the PPV on Sunday, as even with AEW’s tendency to have long PPV’s, there is only so much room to go around on the card. However, the world tag team titles will indeed be on the line as The Young Bucks and FTR will face off at the event in a trilogy matchup.

However, Daniel “Cash” Wheeler is being accused of pointing a semi-automatic weapon at a man during a purported “road rage” incident that occurred on July 27, 2023.

Speaking about the incident to Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Matt Jackson addressed the incident before the Bucks previewed their match with the champions.

“Any time distractions happen beyond your control, it’s a bit frustrating. But we have a task at hand, and we plan on delivering.”

Asked if they can top their first two bouts, Matt said, “I love a challenge I’m most excited for the opportunity to feel what it’s like to perform at an event of such magnitude. It might be the culmination of everything we’ve ever worked for, and how I complete every future story I tell to my future grandkids about where my career climaxed.”

Nick added, “Not many people know this, but I had a really bad case of Covid a month or two before that first match, and I had trouble breathing for a long time. Cardio-wise, it took me a while to get healthy, so that match was probably the hardest match I ever had to get through. The second match I felt a lot healthier, but it was on TV so we didn’t get a lot of time. What excites me most is having that extra time and having a beat to be able to tell the best story that we possibly can.”

We will have to wait and see which team will walk out of Wembley Stadium the AEW World Tag Team Champions on Sunday.
