All Japan Pro-Wrestling presented its Summer Action Series MANIAx event on August 6th at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall.
In the main event of the evening, the current AJPW Triple Crown Champion Yuma Aoyagi defeated 8 time Triple Crown Champion Suwama to retain his title. There were numerous near falls by Suwama as he was attempting to win the title for the ninth time but in the end, it was Yuma Aoyagi with his arm raised in victory. This was Yuma Aoyagi’s 2nd title defense.
In another featured match up, Rising Hayato defeated Atsuki Aoyagi to become the #1 contender for the AJPW Jr Heavyweight Title held by GLEAT star El Lindaman.

- Dan Tamura, Ryo Kawamura & Takuro Niki vs Ren Ayabe, Aigle Blanc & Chicharito Shoki
- Naruki Doi defeated Ryo Inoue
