UFC 290’s Bo Nickal Believes It Would Be Enjoyable To Follow Brock Lesnar’s Journey And Eventually Join The WWE

As a former three-time NCAA Division I National Champion, Bo Nickal is one of today’s most highly rated UFC prospects.

Nickal is 4-0 in the UFC and will face Val Woodburn at UFC 290.

Nickal was asked by Michael Bisping ahead of UFC 290 if he has considered the road Brock Lesnar walked in the world of combat sports.

“100%. Anybody that has achieved things that I want to achieve, I want to learn from them. Brock Lesnar was a NCAA Champion, he was a WWE superstar, he was a UFC Champion. I’ve accomplished one of those things, NCAA Champion, I want to be a UFC Champion, and maybe, eventually, crossover to WWE at some point. That could be something that’s fun,”

“Guys like that, I’m always looking to learn from and see what their strengths are, what their weakness are, how they handle themselves in the media, how they handle themselves competing in the cage, and I’m very studious of things like that. There are a lot of wrestlers who have done great things, Brock is one of the biggest names in combat sports and there is a ton for me to learn from him.”

Brock defeated Mark Hunt at UFC 200, but the fight was deemed a no-contest after Lesnar tested positive for a banned substance. He is still performing in WWE, where he is presently fighting with Cody Rhodes.
