We have a championship match.
For weeks, the SmackDown Tag Team Championship Contenders Tournament has been going on but the finals are here and they kicked off tonights SmackDown. Braun Strowman and Ricochet teamed up to battle Imperium. Gunther was ringside for the match and of course got into it with Braun to cause a distraction early on in the match and then eventually, Gunther was kicked out of ringside for pushing Ricochet. That paid dividends because in the end, Braun and Ricochet picked up the win and are the new number one contenders.
Ricochet and Braun Strowman will battle the Usos for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles next week on SmackDown.
