The UFC Heavyweight championship is officially vacant and up for grabs at UFC 285 in March.

UFC President Dana White broke the news following UFC Vegas 67 where he officially announced that Francis Ngannou is no longer the UFC Heavyweight champion, is officially released from his contract and is now a free agent as of today.

Earlier today, it was reported that Jon Jones would fight for the first time in three years against Ciryl Gane at UFC 285, despite the report being denied at first, it is now officially official that at UFC 285, both men will see who is the baddest man on the planet at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

No comment has been made by the now-former Heavyweight champion Ngannou, but it is heavily rumored that the next destination for him will be in PFL, we will keep you updated as we learn more.
