Sasha Banks is headed to Comic Con
Mercedes Varnado, known by wrestling fans as Sasha Banks, has been gone from WWE TV since early this year and many fans eagerly await some sort of return from Banks. But, it has now been announced that she will be making another non-wrestling appearance as she is set to do a meet and greet at Comic Con Revolution in Ontario, California on May 20th and 21st of 2023. Photo Ops and Autograph tickets are available for purchase, as you can see in the tweet below.
Many fans were quick to notice the wording of “Formerly Known As, Sasha Banks” in the tweet, an interesting choice of words to describe Mercedes. Fans were quick to wonder if she’s coming back to WWE soon or if ever. Mercedes continues to do outside ventures such as fashion shows and con’s, but nothing wrestling related. Though, footage did surface of her recently training with Juventud Guerrera.Â
