TNT has a new champion and his name is Wardlow
Last night on AEW Dynamite, Wardlow defeated Scorpio Sky in a Street Fight to become the new TNT Champion. Following the huge win, we’ve seen many posts and congratulations from fans and wrestlers alike, including Tony Khan and FTR, who tweet out a picture of them and Wardlow all holding their titles together, referencing the Pinnacle, which is a faction they were formerly in together. TNT’s official twitter even changed their bio to say “Wardlow Is Our Champion”. Wardlow made a few tweets as well, saying he was feeling pure ecstasy after his win and made a simple thank you tweet.
Congratulations to Wardlow on holding AEW gold for the first time!
