Tony Khan Calls Japan “The Most Valuable Market” In Wrestling

High praise from the booker of AEW.

Tony Khan is a wrestling fan first and for that reason, he has been a good booker for the most part. One reason for this is that he also listens to what the fans want. Case in point, Forbidden Door this Sunday. With incredible dream matches and multiple titles on the line, fans are very excited for it.

In an interview with Tokyo Sports, Khan revealed that he believes Japan to be the most valuable market in wrestling.

“I think Japan is the most valuable market in Pro Wrestling. There are so many Japanese fans, smart, and passionate. AEW will be able to build a good fan base,”
