AEW has just spent over a year in Daily’s place in Jacksonville, Florida during the pandemic and next week that are heading back. Tickets aren’t going as fast as they have hoped, but they have a plan to get rid of more.
The company is now offering a special deal on tickets for the August 4th Homecoming show. They are giving two tickets away to any fan who makes a $20 donation (or more) to the Wounded Warrior Project.
It was noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the company had sold 1,850 tickets for the Homecoming event so far, but that is far less than they had hoped for. Malakai Black and Cody Rhodes will wrestle on that show as a marquee match.
There is still time for the company to sell more tickets so we will have to see if things change before August 4.
