A report has come out from HeelByNature.com, which states that Joey Ryan is seeing legal action against the #speakingout accusers. The lawsuit is a multimillion dollar submission against three women specifically. The three women spoke out during the #speakingout movement and stated that Joey Ryan had sexually assaulted them.

The report states that Joey Ryan submitted the lawsuit on the 24th September 2020, in the United States District and Central Court, which claims the reports are false and it has caused damage to his reputation. Joey Ryan did upload a video on his YouTube over the situation, but it has since been moved to private.

Joey Ryan’s submission states that he’s already lost $20,000 worth of income from previous sources of income. This includes appearances, live events, merchandise sales and income from his third party interests. Joey Ryan’s submission also states that he lost around 11,000 followers on his Twitter account, whilst he used to get around an average of 1,000 regular followers per month as he was before the allegations.

The legal submission also mentions losses via streaming services, lost income from Bar Wrestling, as well as the income gained from the social media following and bookings.

One of the main interest for the submission is that Joey Ryan is also seeking $5,000,000 as to each of the defendants in non-economic damages. His legal team has also gone to stop the accusers from speaking out until the court case is finished.
