Stalker Of Sonya Deville Has Pleaded Not Guilty To All Charges

Phillip Thomas II was charged with aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, attempted armed kidnapping and criminal mischief against Daria Berenado (Sonya Deville). He has now pleaded not guilty to ALL above charges.

The charge of armed burglary of a dwelling is a felony enough to earn a life in prison sentence. The other two charges are considered to be second-degree felonies with a maximum time of 15 years for each. Criminal mischief is also a second-degree misdemeanor with a fine of $200 or less.

Even though Phillip pleaded not guilty, he remains incarcerated as he had a massive bail of $2 million which was denied after the judge ruled him a threat and a danger to the community.

On August 24, the Hillsborough County Court decided that they would not release any evidence to the public before the hearing. A hearing is now scheduled to take place November 12 to decide the temporary injunction filed by Daria against Thomas. This will prevent Phillip Thomas from being able to approach or contact anyone involved with Daria, more specifically her family.

As we know, Daria Berenado (Sonya Deville) has been off of WWE TV after losing to her former best friend Mandy Rose at Summerslam.
