The 30th annual Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s PWI 500 list is set be released soon. Earlier today PWI released the magazine cover on their twitter account, revealing that AEW World Champion Jon Moxley has topped the list as this year’s #1 ranked wrestler in the world.

PWI’s evaluation period for this year’s list began on July 1st, 2019 through June 30th, 2020 and uses the following criteria for determining their rankings:
- Win-loss record
- Technical ability
- Influence on the sport
- Success against the highest grade of competition
- Success against the most diverse competition
- Activity

In addition, PWI has included female wrestlers in this year’s top 500 list. Kylie Rae ranked the highest on the list coming in at #78, and former IMPACT World Champion Tessa Blanchard appeared on the list at #83.
