WWE Champion AJ Styles defended his title at SummerSlam over Samoa Joe.
They continued their feud this week on SummerSlam when Samoa Joe attacked AJ Styles from behind during his interview, locking in the coquina clutch. He then taunted AJ Styles’ family, specifically his wife Wendy.
It had been expected that the two would face off in a SummerSlam rematch at the upcoming Hell in a Cell PPV. Well, that match is now official as WWE announced that A Styles and Samoa Joe will once again square off. As of right now there has not been any stipulation announced for the WWE Championship Match at Hell in a Cell, but that could always change before the pay-per-view.
