The program, which is funded through the UFC’s long-term sponsorship agreement with Venum, bases payments on a competitor’s total number of UFC appearances, along with eligible bouts in the Zuffa-owned WEC (from January 2007 onward) and Strikeforce (from April 2011 onward).

Fighters with one to three qualifying bouts receive $4,000 per event, while those with four or five appearances earn $4,500. Competitors with six to 10 bouts are paid $6,000, increasing to $11,000 for those with 11 to 15 appearances. Fighters with 16 to 20 qualifying bouts receive $16,000, and anyone with 21 or more appearances earns $21,000 per event.
