One half of one of the most well known WWE tag teams of all time could be coming back soon.
It seems WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella after being out for four months is on track to return to television in the very near future. According to Wrestlevotes on Fightful Select, one half of the Bella twins has finally been discussed in WWE creative for the first time in a while which feels like a sign that she should be back quite soon.
“A source stated that her name has been mentioned creatively over the past several weeks. This is the first time that Bella has been discussed in creative since WrestleMania.”
Nikki Bella was used a fair amount before she got injured in late March. Bella wrestled for the Women’s World Championship and Intercontinental Championship in 2025. Then her sister Brie made her return which led to them becoming a big part in the tag team division in 2026.
The Bella Twins were supposed to be apart of the tag team ladder match at WrestleMania 42 but Nikki was hurt. WWE then inserted the returning Paige into Nikki’s spot. Paige and Brie Bella have been the Tag Team Champions since then. Nikki’s last match was a tag match on SmackDown on March 27th.
