Hell In a Cell: Predictions

Hell In A Cell is this weekend and it is stacked with three cell matches. Since 1997 the structure has been used for violence which is rarely seen in WWE today. I for one am looking forward to this PPV.

Universal Championship — Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jey Uso (Hell in a Cell, I Quit match):

This is one of the matches I am most looking forward to. Sure, we might all know who wins, but predictable isn’t always a bad thing. The feud has been one of the best in recent years. The story with Roman has only just begun and for that reason, I am going with the big dog winning this one.

Winner– Roman Reigns retains the title

WWE Championship — Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Randy Orton (Hell in a Cell)

I’ve enjoyed this feud, although I do feel that their match at Clash Of Champions should have ended it. Drew has been a stellar champion, especially considering it has been done with no fans in attendance. Randy has also been on fire for most of 2020, so it could go any way but I think the Viper takes this one.

Winner– Randy Orton wins the WWE Championship

SmackDown Women’s Championship — Bayley (c) vs. Sasha Banks (Hell in a Cell):

This is the feud we have wanted for so long, it’s great that it is has finally happened. Bayley has had a great year since turning heel and Sasha is doing a great job in her role. Hell In A Cell should be used in theory to finish feuds, but I don’t believe that will be the case with this one. For that reason, I am going with Bayley to retain.

Winner– Bayley retains the Smackdown Women’s title

The Miz vs. Otis (Winner takes Money in the Bank contract)

The Law & Otis packages from Smackdown were really enjoyable and it’s always good to see Ron Simmons back on WWE TV. This feud has been a long one and I am glad it’s finally coming to an end, so all parties can move on.

Winner- Otis (with help from Mandy Rose)

Jeff Hardy vs. Elias:

It’s been nice seeing Elias back on TV after injury has put him on the shelf for a few months. The reason for this feud is that Jeff ran over Elias, which we all know didn’t happen but it was a nice to see some storytelling with it. With Elias Album being released Monday, and this being their first match, I am going with The drifter for this one.

Winner– Elias

(RUMOURED) Dominik Mysterio vs. Seth Rollins vs. Murphy:

There are some here at BodySlam.net that wished this feud ended with the brand split and I am one of them. This feud has gone on for the whole of the summer and it needs to end and whilst I am all for Rollins v Murphy to continue, we need the Mysterios to move one and do something else. For that reason, I believe Dominik picks up the win here.

Winner– Dominik Mysterio
