TKO Board Of Directors Fills Ten Of Eleven Spots, WWE Has Yet To Name Triple H And Have One Spot Remaining

TKO Group have their board of directors. (almost)

In a new SEC filing it was revealed that Vincent K McMahon, Nick Khan, Steven R Koonin, and Nancy R Tellem have been chosen as TKO Board of Directors on the WWE side. Triple H was not chosen, but could still be picked as WWE have one more spot remaining to be assigned.

Other board of directors not chosen for the TKO Group include George A Barrios, Michelle R McKenna, Steve Pamon, and Michelle D Wilson.

Meanwhile, Endeavor have decided on Ari Emanuel, Egon P Durban, Jonathan A Kraft, Sonya E Medina, Mark Shapiro, and Carrie Wheeler.

The UFC and WWE are set to merge in September, after Endeavor purchased the WWE earlier this year.

The sale came after McMahon forced his way back into the company following his retirement in July of 2022, making his return as we crossed into January of this year.
