WWE and UFC are going to merge in September.
According to The Wrap, Endeavor plans to close the WWE-UFC merger in mid-to-late September. Once the two companies merge, they will be known as TKO Group. It was previously reported that the sale was expected to be finalized in the second half of 2023.
The merger comes after Endeavor purchased WWE over WrestleMania 39 weekend.
