(Amin’s Thoughts) — This was just a fantastic Women’s Elimination Chamber match. A great showing from everyone getting a chance to shine. A tremendous showing from Tiffany Stratton showing everyone why she’s going to become a huge WWE Superstar. Tiffany delivered her strongest performance as she felt like a star coming out of the match. Liv’s reaction after eliminating Tiffany was great playing subtle heel. I could see Liv turning heel after coming so close to win in both the Women’s Royal Rumble and Women’s Elimination Chamber. The closing moments of the match between Becky, Belair and Liv was just great stuff. A strong showing from Becky as she looked great in the win. Becky and Rhea Ripley is the right choice as it feel like a really special WrestleMania match. (****1/4)

(Amin’s Thoughts) — This was a pretty newsworthy segment. Rollins announcing he’s getting closer to getting cleared to wrestle. The other big news was Rollins helping Cody to face the Bloodline. They are pretty much teased we are getting Cody/Rollins vs. Roman Reigns/The Rock at WrestleMania. It was interesting they teased Cody mentioning The Rock doesn’t want to have a conversation about why he took Cody’s spot. It was good they didn’t just drop that story and it looks like they will follow up. Cody teasing a match with The Rock was also interesting. I could a scenario where The Rock get the wins on WrestleMania Night One. Cody beats Roman Reigns on WrestleMania Night Two. The Rock faces Cody at SummerSlam. Cody felt liked a huge superstar. Rollins felt like a big star. The crowd treated Grayson Waller like a big star in his home country. They used Theory in this segment so Waller doesn’t look bad in his home country. (Amin’s Thoughts) — This was a great Men’s Elimination Chamber match. There were some points where the match felt a bit long. I still thought the action was great as everyone got a chance to shine. I really liked the stories they told within the Chamber to set up WrestleMania matches. Looks like we are getting AJ Styles vs. LA Knight. They protected Bobby Lashley with his elbow being tapped to keep his program with Karrion Kross going. Randy Orton was tremendous in this match by how he sold his back. The setup for Randy Orton vs. Logan Paul was well done. Orton eliminating Paul with an awesome RKO. Paul getting the heat right back using the Brass Knuckles which led McIntyre getting his win. I’m curious to see who Owens will now face at WrestleMania. McIntyre has been one of my favourite WWE onscreen characters right now to watch. (Amin’s Thoughts) — This was a good main event match. There were some spots that didn’t look good which is most due to Nia Jax. I thought Jax worked hard and took an awesome bump for the RipTide. It was awesome seeing Rhea Ripley working a WWE PLE main event in her home country in front of her family and friends. A tremendous showing from Ripley’s win felt like a really big and special moment. Now the fun stuff begins as WWE can start building up the Becky Lynch vs. Rhea Ripley match for WrestleMania. (***1/2)

OVERALL THOUGHTS

WWE Elimination Chamber was a very enjoyable show to watch. I thought both the Men’s and Women’s Elimination Chambers were great matches. I also very much enjoyed the Balor/Priest and Bate/Dunne tag team match. The main event was a good match. Rhea Ripley winning in the main event in her home country was an awesome moment. This was also a pretty newsworthy show setting up some big WrestleMania matches. Overall, WWE Elimination Chamber gets a thumbs up. A good show which helped set the stage for what should be a fun ride as we continue on the Road to WrestleMania.
