–Chris Sabin vs John Skyler
Sabin defeats Skyler with a CRADLE SHOCK
Backstage, Gia Miller is standing by with Alex Shelley.
Gia asks if Shelley is afraid of putting himself at risk tonight for his match with Eddie Edwards after the numbers game caught up with Kushida last week. Shelley says life is a risk and he’s going to turn Edwards into a voodoo doll ahead of his World Title rematch coming up at No Surrender in New Orleans.
We get the announcement by Tom
Hannifan that TNA will be returning to The Palms in Las Vegas for the Rebellion PPV on April 20th.
-Xia Brookside vs Tasha Steelz
Tasha beats Xia Brookside after landing a sunset flip and holding Xia’s tights. The two are 1-1 in singles competition.
ABC are talking about how the Grizzled Young Veterans last week by taking a shortcut. Bey says all is fair in love and war…and then the pair get jumped by the GYV.
A video package airs showing Frankie Kazarian explaining his actions last week. We go backstage to him walking through the hall and gets stopped by Jake Something. Jake tells Kazarian he picked the wrong time to go against the grain.
–Mike Bailey vs Zachary Wentz
Wentz picks up the victory after Trey Miguel pushes Mike Bailey off the top rope and Wentz gets up and nails him with a UFO CUTTER for the win.
Post-match, Wentz and Miguel beat down Bailey until his tag team partner – who hasn’t been seen since Hard To Kill – emerges from the back to make the save. Maclin comes out and beats down both Trent and Bailey. Nic Nemeth runs out from the back to dispose of Maclin and helps Trent and Bailey to their feet.
We get a clip from last weeks XPlosion episode where Rhino defeated Champagne Singh. After the match was over, Crazzy Steve attack Rhino and nailed him in the face with the Digital Media Title.
Rhino says he doesn’t care about the title, but can’t let Crazzy Steve get away with his actions.
Knockouts Tag Team Match
-Trinity/Jordynne Grace vs Gisele Shaw/Savannah Evans
Jordynne Grace & Trinity win when Trinity submits Savannah Evans with the STARSTRUCK submission.
Backstage, Deaner says that he’s been having a string of bad luck. Deaner is interrupted by AJ Francis who says he could use a new benefactor and align himself with Francis. Deaner says he has no interest in helping Francis with his battle against Joe Hendry. Hendry then appears. Hendry reads off some terrible review of AJ Francis from the internet. Francis says the last time Hendry talked to him like that, he lifted him 10 feet in the air and almost killed him….but clearly they didn’t work so he’s going to have to take another approach.
Impromptu Match:
-Big Kon vs Ari Gold/Someone else
Kon wins within about a minute after demolishing both men.
Post-match, PCO is resurrected and battles Kon.
-Josh Alexander vs Alan Angels
Josh taps out Angels with the ANKLE LOCK.
Post-match, Josh Alexander is on the outside of the ring high-fiving fans. One fan with a mask shakes his hand and then attacks him. The man jumps the barricade and continues the assault. He takes his mask off to reveal himself as Simon Gotch.
Gotch is one-half of the Vaudvillians – a tag team with Matthew Rehwoldt.
-Alex Shelley vs Eddie Edwards (w/Bryan Myers and Alisha Edwards)
Shelley wins when he dodged a Boston Knee Party and rolls Eddie up for the pinfall.
Post-match, Myers and Alisha Edwards get into the ring to attack Shelley. Kushida makes his way out. Kushida and Shelley clear house as Kevin Knifjt makes his way out and all three men stand tall as the show goes off the air.
