TNA iMPACT Results – Nic Nemeth In Action, Best Of 3 Series For Tag Titles Begins, Knockouts Action + More — February 1st, 2024
–Nic Nemeth vs Trey Miguel
Nic Nemeth wins with a SUPERKICK to Trey after Wentz gets ejected from ringside.
Nemeth heads up the ramp and is attacked from behind by Steve Maclin. Maclin brings Nemeth back down to the ring where Wentz comes out and all three men beat down Nemeth.
We go backstage to a segment with Deaner and Kon. Deaner says they’ll have to regroup and build the design back up. Kon interrupts and says the design is dead and it’s time to show the world who the baddest man in TNA.
Maclin is walking around backstage with the Rascalz. Wentz accidentally bumps into Mike Bailey, causing him to drop some garbage. Trey tells Bailey to pick it up, and Bailey asks if there’s anything else he can help him with. Wentz gets in Bailey’s face and reminds him what happened the last time they battled. Wentz says he beat the breaks off Bailey the last time they met.
–Decay vs Two unknown talent
Decay wins when they double team one of two competitors for the victory.
We go backstage to Gia Miller standing by with MK Ultra. Masha says they want their rematch at No Surrender.
Alan Angels Sound Check Segment
Angels hosts his new show, “Sound Check” with Josh Alexander as his first guest.
Angels let’s just make a “big announcement”, but Josh doesn’t have one. He says he just beat both Hammerstone and Will Ospreay and his next goal is winning the TNA World Title again.
-Brian Myers (w/Eddie & Alisha Edwards) Vs Kevin Knight
Myers wins with a ROSTER CUT.
Post match, Eddie and Myers are about to beat down Knight when Kushida makes the save
X Division champion Chris Sabin is backstage with Gia Miller. She says was all saw the video of Mustafa Ali and there’s lots of speculation that he’s going after the X Division Title. Sabin says he welcomes the challenge.
A video plays in the background from Ali, confirming he’s coming after the X Division title.
After the video is done playing, John Skyler and Jason Hotch walk up to Sabin and Skyler says Ali will be the next X division champion. Sabin says he’s gonna find out what Ali is up against next week when Sabin beats Skyler.
Frankie Kazarian is out to explain his actions after attacking Eric Young a few weeks ago.
Frankie says he’s been a soldier for too long, but he’s going to be the King of TNA. He says he’s been overlooked for way too long when he’s been watching many others who didn’t deserve it walk right past him and get title shots without earning it.
Frankie says he chose to go after Young because Eric is the face of TNA Wrestling. If he has to go through a few friends along the way then so be it. He doesn’t care what anybody else thinks.
We go backstage to Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards with the rest of The System celebrating their victory. Alex Shelley approaches Moose and says he’s using his rematch for the TNA World Title at No Surrender. Moose says he accepts the challenge, but Shelley quickly says he’s not asking. He’s telling Moose that’s when the match will be.
We get a video hyping the newest signed TNA Knockout, Ash By Elegance
Impromptu match:
-Deaner vs PCO
Deaner is out and says The Design is officially dead, and when things die they don’t ever come back to life.
PCO wins the match.
Post-match, Kon emerges and attacks both Deaner and PCO.
Backstage, AJ Francis approaches Rich Swann and tries to get on his side. Swann says he doesn’t need AJ’s help.

Masha wins with a SNOW PLOW.
We go backstage to The System beating down KUSHIDA until Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin make the save.
